Hmmm, something about the lip timing feels off. Like there isn't enough weight to what she's saying. Very high quality though, seems that you draw a lot of inspiration from the Notre Dame/ Tarzan era Disney.

Most likely why it seems off to you is because she has no Audio if she did and was colored you wouldn't notice as much while here you are more focused on her lip movement and the movement itself.
but then again i'm not a pro at this stuff, all in all i say you did an amazing job the movement is really smooth!

I love how you capture an absolutely human movement in each one of your animations. It's something I haven't seen in very many works here on Deviantart, and something that takes a great deal of skill to produce. I can see how every movement could be made by a real person, and the body language tells a story on its own. Wonderful work!

ever considered Tvpaint animation? it's like photoshop, but designed for animation.
i think your animations are brilliant. and i know sometimes that you can be painfully aware of the flaws in them but that only helps you improve, a lot.. judging by your animation's upload dates and quality. great job and keep them comming! xD
