A surprise Birthday Gift for DragonaDeMetal of their beautiful character Queen Tormenta !
Happy birthday Dragona, you're always far too kind to me, and sometimes support me via commissions. It goes a long way friend! Tormenta is my favorite character of yours, I love her design and her backstory.
Also this was just gonna be a flat coloured sketch, but I missed drawing rain so I just ended up going nuts!
