Other: He was born a Unicorn. Ascended into alicorn due to his impressive abilities in Hydrokinesis / Aquakinesis (Water Element Control). Since being ascended, he can even create/ conger his own water and small storms (town sized at biggest). He could only manipulate water before, along with a few other spells. Loxanader had shorter hair before he was an Alicorn, and it was coloured with only the first two colours in the pallet above (No ice blue) along with a lack of stars/ sparkles. His eyes were Silver before he was ascended as well.

Head-cannons with XKSilver ...
Before he ascended, he traveled down into the sea to get the approval of Don, The Boss of the Sea (who is the ruler/ king or the sea). Don decided he'd approve him if he won in a fight, Don however is massive compared to the 19 year old unicorn. The single rule, brought up by Lox, is that they couldn't kill one another..... purposed more for his own safety. After exchanging some scars, and beating up young Loxander thoroughly- Don approved of him anyway. Lox didn't give up, and fought out completely out of his element- at least compared to the large shark Merpony- and even managed to give the Boss some new scars and bruises.
All of the scars shown are from Don.

Also I think he'd have a soft spoken voice, similar to Prince Lune from The Cat Returns.
I couldn't find a voice clip from English though. He's the talking Cat as 0:15 . It almost sounds exactly like the English voice actor so it will work anyway.
