i'd drawn an older version of mae a while ago and only just now got around to coloring it ahaha. this is mae circa XY, so about 6 years after she starts her journey. She's still working on her Battle Frontier challenge, but has already risen to fame in the battling sphere and has been invited to international tournaments. She uses many more Pokemon than just the ones listed there so it was hard to pick 6 to call her "team;" Blaziken and Huntail are the only Pokemon she keeps constant. She also uses mega evolutions where possible--often when her opponent least expects it.
she's also disgustingly in love with steven stone (and refuses to admit it to anyone other than close friends)

i wonder if i'll draw stat sheets for the other protags… tho mae, laura, and terry are really the only ones with any kind of battling record. touko i guess has 8 badges as of bw2, but that's better than everyone else...

realtalk i've been meaning to draw an older mitsumi for ages maybe i'll do that next
