Pokémon Ruby was the first pokémon game ever that I played through the whole game and beat it. Too bad it later turned out that the game cartridge was actually a pirate copy, after deleteing my save and all 'mons with it, but it still was my first ever actual game. The final battle with the Elite Four and the champion was so intense than when I finally won, Halli was the only 'mon I still had standing, all the others had fainted and even Halli only had 9 HP left. Only one pixel worth of health! Ah, the warm memories...This was my winning team, drawn two days after beating the champion.

Pirate copy? Sounds like my copy of Ruby, which reset itself and never saves. You just stare at the clock going round and round...and Ruby was significant for me, because it was when I decided to have Pokemon of all different types instead of just using the ones I liked. AKA fighting Red with a Pidgeot, Noctowl, Suicune, Feraligatr, Raikou, and Growlithe.
Nice reminder of your team. It's interesting to see you like Mawile. I've heard in Gen III it's good in Nuzlockes if you have Fake Tears.

THANK YOU for making flygon's wings look usable. Seriously when it came out it was so awesome EXCEPT it had polygons for wings. XD

i have bother sapphire and ruby, and somewhere i have emerald. makes me mad i can't find that tho. just went through and beat the elite four and sapphire after deleting my brothers old game on it, didn't lose anyone to it. i thought it plenty through XD
if o nly i had thought of doing that on my ruby!

Oi kiitos! Hah, olen hyvä keräämään hienoja monsuja tiimiini. Tai, noh, hienot monsut sattuivat eksymään kohdalle. Mutta silti hienoja monsuja! Mie tutustuin näihin pitkälti vahingossa. Nyt kun ajattelee, niin kaikki kolme taitavat olla otuksia, jotka löytää vahingossa ja joista ei päältäpäin näe, kuinka hyviä niistä loppujen lopuksi tulee. Mie alun perin en ajatellut mawilesta kovin paljoa, mutta kun sen otin tiimiin, se lunasti paikkansa suosikkien joukossa, ja shroomish ja trapinch eivät näytä yhtään siltä, että niistä voisi kasvaa jotain upeaa kun ne ensi kerran näkee.

Ruby oli meikäläisenkin ensimmäinen läpi pelattu pokemonpeli. ^^ Myös ensimmäinen mistä en tiennyt mitään etukäteen (voi niitä aikoja). Mulla taisi olla tiimissä blaziken, breloom, aggron, swellow, wailord ja tropius. : )

For some reason I don't like using legendaries in my game teams. I feel like cheating when I do.

yeah some people feel that way. but personally i'm of the mindset of "ok they pretty much gave me these pokemon, it'd be an insult to pokemon to not use it" i guess i'm just weird like that
