Description Here's my representation of Sweden for ZoraCatone 's brilliant idea: zoracatone.deviantart.com/jour…

It's been more than 6 years since I met my swedish boyfriend, in an mmorpg no less. I'm spending half a year with him now through an exchange program related my art academy in Holland, and it's proving to be an amazing time. The traditional clothing doesn't seem to differ too much from the Dutch clothing, I have to say, other than that they have better shoes than the Dutch xD I had a lot of fun drawing and coloring this, and I hope I got the hands right! It turned out to be a lot harder to draw this pose than I thought!

haha if I had ANY talent when it came to drawing, let alone drawing people, I might have but I'm content to cross-stitch and enjoy all the wonderful art that other people draw/paint/ect. ^_^

Oh man, I love this, so pretty and the colors. And its amazing how you can have a strong relationship (friends or otherwise) with someone online. I met one of my best friends on a forum website 7 years ago. She lives in Austria and I live in Canada, but we talk on the same forum site almost daily.

And yes, I think the internet offers a really great way to get to know someone on this inside first - before judging them by their looks, plus you can tell them anything whilst knowing that they can't tell anyone in your surroundings of what you just told them anyway - so you can open up more easily than in face-to-face conversations, I think. Provided people are being honest to each other I think it's a great way to build up everlasting relationships

Oh yeah. I have this other friend (we live in the same city) but she met her fiance online because he lives in the US. Its funny, first they talked online, then over the phone, now they skype. They've known each other for 7 years too. And they only met in person once a couple of years ago when he came up for a while.
