The Moral of it All
Children,
Especially attractive, well bred young ladies,
Should never talk to strangers,
For if they should do so, they may well provide dinner for a wolf.
I say wolf, but there are various kinds of wolves.
There are also those who are charming,
Quiet, polite, unassuming, complacent, and sweet,
Who pursue young women at home and in the streets.
And unfortunately, it is these gentle wolves
Who are the most dangerous ones of all.

I know I did >.> *looks around suspiciously*Well that's it for Little Red Riding Hood, finally! XD I got really lazy with this picture, and I don't feel like changing a thing. This guy here, (he's a wolf, hehehe) is asking this young girl to go with him, and she's hesitating on what she should do. And yeah, I know that she kinda looks like Little Red, but I was aiming for that too. Just a more detailed version I guess.
I know that the tree looks horrible! @_@ Please ignore! XD
And hereby it really came to an end.

Loved your story and art work, they are great. You art right in that there are more than one cind of wolf out there.
Have you ever read the original LRRH story?? I had to when I wrote a paprer on fairytales for a school project. It's REALLY different from what you might expect. I got a huge surprise. (if I remeber correctly) is this story original french but it haw wandered with time to other european countries and it has changed over the years. Originally it was told as a story for the older girls that were beginning to look at boys. LRRH did get in bed with the wolf and she got "eaten" but not as dinner. (if you know what I mean). The moral in the story is actually that the girls should be carefull on who they diside to share their bed with.

Very nice. The LRRH story that I've read ends up with this axman or whatnot that saves her but whatever. I really like your art. If you ever do publish a book with your art, I'd most likely buy it. I love fairy tales and your art captures the theme of them very well. I had hoped you'd do Snow White next but I like Sleeping Beauty, too.

ahh clever wolfie with the tail and pawprints though I personally am not sure about the fur covering his whole face? perhaps end it at the teeth so we can still see his face? That's just my opnion

Wow, I never thought of things this way before I viewed this. I've always been a suspicious person, but never on the level I'm going to be now.
I love how the young girl does look like Little Red Riding Hood, it really gets the point across. But I love how you've made her outfit so different, and all the details you've put there, it really shows. I especially love impact of her holding the rose makes her look so tender and innocent. That evil man should be nowhere near her. 
I found this one particularly moving, hun, great job.

Very nicely done! I like the way you had the little resemble LRRH -- right down to the similarities of her outfit, -- yet, made her different. And the "wolf" does indeed look charming here. Nice way to overlay the image of the wolf -- right down to his extended hand looking more like a paw. Now, I have to confess, I thought the moral would be "Don't talk to strangers," but I was surprised that it was also a lesson about those charming "wolves" that "young, attractrive, well-bred girls" can be susceptible to. Interesting!! You did a very lovely job on the whole story.
