Well fuuuuuuudge. That's Haschen and he's from Growlanser 5. Or I think that's his name. It was translated to a completely different one in Chaos Wars, like "Haken" or something, I forget.
Flat colors because I'm too lazy to shade like usual! I liked the sketch so I kept it. Well, and uploaded it.

I love FF7 (well, it's overrated, but I still loved it), but I swear, if I skim over another Sephiroth fanart, I stop caring and won't even give it a second more of my time...unless something about the style epically wows me, which is rare...

Gotta love the completely crazy plot.
I enjoyed how the 3 main armies all had their reasons for fighting each other, which you learned in that extensive back story. Grangale people seem like the most douchebag-iest, but no one seemed especially evil or to be the clear bad guys. You know, like any other RPG. You almost didn't know who to root for.

Really? I hated the Neylern army personally. General Rockbein, enough said. He was a jerk! He was going about things the wrong way. But then again, things did work out in the end, so yeah, you really do not know who to root for. I like the Cyriltians best though.

Grangale was the big imperialistic assholes that were causing the world's problems though. xD It felt like it was you vs them as far as the battling went, and then Neylern was usually off to the side. They were the little Green Party, lolol.
