Some jewelry designers have used these magnificent creatures, after chemical treatment, in their expensive jewel collections. Looks quite elegant on a dress in white satin or similar.
Please don't ask from where come the inspiration...
I wonder if they capture them alive or wait patiently for them to die naturally.

most probably capture them alive and then process in such a way that they won't decompose... preserving already, naturally dead ones would be more problematic I assume...

I don't think I would wear such a jewellery though a little entomophobic I am...

me too, I wouldn't wear jewelry with these beautiful creatures. Prefer to discover and watch them alive in their home.
