Oh yeah! Great minds stink alike! Erm, or something like that. I tell ya, the similarities in our minds scare me at times.

I thought of a spear too, but I had this pike already made for a former doll that never got created, and I got lazy. Heh
The flask was rather easy really. I ued some brown polymer clay, and made a flattened sphere and inserted a small piece of brass tubing in the top. Then I added a bit of clay around the edge of the tube. Then using a small pointy stick, I poked holes all around the edges and rolled tiny bits of clay into snakes and cut them long enough to go catty cornered from one hole to the next, and then stuffedthe ends down into the holes. After firing, I gave it a wash of dark brown to black paint, and then once dry lighty went over it with some sand paper. I also took a wine cork and trimmed off a smal piece to fit inside the brass tubing. Wha-lah! A drinking flask!
