First of all, the waistline looks a lot more natural and attractive with a softer curve rather than your sharp angled inward-jutting one. This looks a lot better. Her waist is still too small, but the shape is much improved. My last critique applies here too. But again, big shape improvement getting rid of that hard angle.
Her close eye looks higher than her far eye though. I know you were probably going for perspective, but it just comes off as off-kilter.
Emil's arm and shoulder seem really messed up. First, you've still got his shoulder too large and his arm is too small. He'll still read as broad-shouldered if you don't exaggerate that much. Arm shape problems still apply, see previously written statements on arm-shape.
Probably your biggest problem is perspective. There's a lot of foreshortening in Kiddo's arms, but none in his. He's got his hand on her wrist, and her wrist would be out towards the camera, yet he's reaching straight across. The angles should match. Also, as before, when someone reaches across their body like that, the shoulder rolls forward. If the arm were the right size then it would work a lot better.
The joint where the arm attaches to the torso IS the shoulder. The shoulder is not something separate that the arm hangs off the end of. I realize logically you know this but your drawings of shoulders don't really reflect that. Any movement of the arm will effect the shoulder.

Her waist is supposed to be small - she's not as 'stacked' or thick as Sonya or Zen So she gets a tiny waist and little hips.
Her head was supposed to be tilted, guess that didn't come out right.
Everything was right before I put on his jacket. Adding clothing folds (particularly thick ones of a hoodie) pretty much made any defining perspective disappear.

I realize she's supposed to be small-waisted. My point is that the small-waist-ness will still come across without it being fun-house-mirror exaggerated. You can have a more natural proportion, she'll still have a small waist, and your drawing will look a lot better.
