There you are sitting at your desk diligently completely the task at hand like the good little student that you are...when suddenly it SMACKS you upside the head. You grasp your throbbing head as you look left and right for any trace of the foul beast. Alas, it was a hit and run. As you gaze at the wall, a moment of clarity occurs. "WHY am I realizing this now?!" you exclaimed causing the cat to awake with extreme bedhead.

Now, here's the question. What was that beast that cause the fog of haziness to wane?

Was is that you left the stove on?

Was is that you are having an extensional crisis?

Was is that you FINALLY understood what your friend meant by "kind of like me"?

or...

Perhaps you realized that you haven't created any art nor played any computer games in little over two months and that your responsibilities as an adult have decreased any free time that you did have, and that as you approaching thirty, your energy levels after working a full solid eight hours are fully depleted meaning that all of your dinners have been Lean Cuisines.

That last might have been a bit too specific.
