I think it's been almost a year since the last time I submitted a pic of Red Monika, so it was about that time again
I had a lot of fun with this one, took me about 9 hours today I guess; the pose is a bit fly-swatted unfortunately, but there you go, it's too late tonight and I want to post it now. I might re-angle the gun if it bothers me that much a few days from now.
All photoshop, with the smudgy brush available here , inspired also somewhat by `loish , `lolita-art and *PapaNinja 's tentacle illustrations - but I was definitely not in the mood to paint all the suckers on them! Next time, perhaps.

whats wrong with her spine? why is she wearing armour that covers NOTHING? why is she pointing the giant gun away from the monster? why bring a gun AND a sword? why would she keep her hair so long and not keep it in a ponytail and risk it getting in her eyes?

I stared at this picture for quite some time, no reason really, it just made me happy.
1st Rule of fantasy the more Bada$$ you is, the skimpier the smaller the armor. (can't do anything about it; its a rule!)
2nd rule of fantasy the Really REALLY HOT female warrior NEVER gets killed!
so don't blame the lady, she's not being wicked hot to mess wit choo.
