Graphite drawing of Andrew Scott, best known as Moriarty in the BBC series Sherlock.I met Andrew after I went to see one of his performances of Birdland at the Royal Court Theatre in London. He was absolutely lovely. He was quite humbled by the fact I had drawn him, and walked towards the best light source in the alleyway to be able to see the drawing properly. Brilliant guy.

He loved it. It's been a few months as I met him in April, so I don't remember his exact words.
I do remember that there wasn't a lot of light, as I met him pretty late in the evening after one of his performances of Birdland at the Royal Court. He turned and walked to the best light source so he was able to see it properly. He also showed it to his security guard and exclaimed "It looks EXACTLY like me!". He asked a few questions about which pencils I use and how long it took me, things like that.
