Whew... wow... idea number 4 of 5 done... almost there...I wanted to draw En Sabah Nur from X-MenΒ ApocalypseΒ as a challenge to myself but... I dunno what it is... the face, the armour... the fact he's a villain... the fact that every single reference shot I found/used had DIFFERENT COLOURS and he was way more detailed... I found myself not really enjoying making this one...
I won't be making him again any time soon, if at all... I'll still make his dragon form; that was fun
But this... for me... was not fun... at all
However, now I'm done this, I can work on the final idea I had!
And I am ultimately happy enough with how this came out

I have to admit, I also had a tough time looking for references on this guy! As you mentioned above, there were so many pictures of him in different colors (which I blame the trailers because they kept changing and editing him to the point where it was all like the Sleeping Beauty dress debacle with the dress going from pink to blue every so often
Nonetheless, I still think you did a good job on him. But i'm glad you'll be doing more of him in his dragon form, because that is just epic and you'll be having fun while you do it
