sRGB is kind of standard nowadays. a nice alternative would be adobe '98 i think.
i just spent unnecessary 15 minutes to clear the gradient in the bg of the new deviation -.-
...therefore 32bit PNGs rule in my world.

Yes, I was thinking about that, in a beta version of subblues mandelbulb script it is possible to export the depth-map seperatly, I used that on som of my julias, you can do all fogging and stuff in post processing. I think will send Jesse a PM about that...
