Breaking up panel 4 really adds that much more depth to this page. I think this update works great.

The shaky is good in panel one, but needed some arm tremors in panel 2.

what happened in panel 4? It looks like pulse is floating with nothing having hit her yet.

oh, I see she has a foot on the ground and is falling over. Still, that means either the enemy attacked pulse while pulse was already going down (ignoring an active enemy to do this) or the defib was an attempt to keep annie from dying and not an attack.
Either way it makes the action on this page a bit confusing.

Maybe I should have gone with three panels.
My original plan was just her falling over, but I thought that wasn't dramatic enough. Β Then I started drawing her already on the group and then the defib. Β But that seemed strange with her already on the ground, so I edited the one panel to have her falling over.

I think that her falling immediately after the scan would have been good, or maybe you could have shown the scanner falling to the ground, with the auto defrib in that panel, then her falling... though it would probably be fine if she'd hit the ground first then defribbed- her body would weaken before her heart stopped, and with the weight of the suit, she'd probably collapse first.

She pulled herself out of the crater, used her last ounce of strength to grab the scanner, scanned the bad guy and collapsed. The suit defribed her to keep her from dying.
The enemy didn't have to do anything because for all intents and purposes Pulse was KO'd.
I like the way this is going. Such drama.
