I just popped in to see who was visiting my site and I think I've seen a piece or two of yours... but when I was browsing the gallery this one really caught my attention. It looks like something my sister would do actually... they always encourage the art students at OC to really let go of artistic standards and to try to grasp creative things that people wouldn't normally do.
All in all I just wanted to say that this was a good piece but my fingers got a little carried away. Do you study art or is this just something you do?

If by "study" you mean "like" then absolutely. lol. I am an engineer and DA is about all the art I have time for. I take photos every once in a while that I am partial to... but by no means have I taken classes or tried to examine the greats. It's all hobby for me.
Hope to see more from you soon!

This is fantastic! Both the artwork itself and the apparent thought that's gone into it.

I really like all the details in this picture, and how the soft but accurate shading makes everything look like it is in a dream ^^*
The mechanical fly is just adorable, something I never thought I would say about either a fly or a machine x3

I like the Screw versions of Toadstools, it's like a contrast between nature and the unnatural, and it's so eerily alike it makes me want to have a sinister cackling fit!

This... rocks the house.... to the ground, and back again. Really, I like the way this looks, and the entire concept is wondrous.
Now I want to see what the rest of this place looks like...

Thanks. ^_^
It's something rather important to me.
(yay! I get hugs...)
Also, I'm a little biased... I'm a huge computer geek, so, yeah, I'm really into these kinds of things. Any-who...
yeah, great work, keep it up! *thumbs up*

While this is a great piece, the thing that stands out the most for me is the fact the the signature is in the middle. Yes I know its a little weird

Exactly. It shows you have pride in your work.

Im from more of a graphic design background, where usually anonymity is the key as the client is the focus. Its good to be able to sometimes say I did this. Thats why something seemingly so small like a signature stands out for me. Sometimes I feel like a Secret Agent of the artworld, unable to tell anyone about his work. Not really, I just thought it sounded cool.

An ecosystem of machines. . . interesting. What I like about this is that it isn't cold or mechanical looking. Instead it seems warm and alive. The superfly almost has a determined little look on it.
