Description
This is the digital painting in the background of that last thing. Phew!! Gosh, I'm so tired.I'm going to try to move away from relying on the undersketch as much, though :'D
Edit; Also while I was working on this via livestream a certain deviant who was there gave me a three month subscription to DA asdfdhalhdlhad?? Thank you thank you thank you I am overjoyed and have no idea how to repay you other than just pass out from what a great evening this was :'D thank you everybody for coming online and helping me through this, it was such a good experience. My my, it is difficult to critique something that I instantly fell in love with upon sight.
The color palette that you've chosen is so simple, and the subtle lines help the white portion of the body to stand out, which is really nice, especially with such a light background.
However, therein lies my curiosity, and wonder what it would look like with a bit of a darker atmosphere, perhaps it would help the creature glow a bit.
My second wonder is that there are some wrinkles under the rib cage that oppose the folding direction. (it's hard to describe, it looks like a little wedge in the belly, then there's two darker bits hinting at folds in the skin, and they just seem to be bowing the wrong direction.) Within the look of the anatomy, I feel like the spine vanishes between the two hip bones. It seems to have sunk in rather than stuck out in in the bent over pose that the beastie is in.
But other than all of that, I do believe my favorite part is the flow direction of the hair. Wonderful, wonderful job.

Its hard to make a 100 word essay to criticize this beauty. But imma try lol.
The most prominent thing is the tail, when it shifts behind the creature it seems a bit broken. The lower body appears to have a dual perspective but I could be looking at it wrong as well. lol The only other thing is im not sure if the feathers on the critter's right side should be visible past the mane. Those feathers seem to extend to far.
It looks like you worked hard and it pays off dearly.
I wish deviant art would lessen the criticism policy to 75 words or more 100 can be difficult.
This is a piece of beauty though for sure I really like it.

This is stunning! Awesome pose, very dynamic! The soft shading is beautiful too, and that slight pink tint really creates a lovely effect on it.

Thank you! I love shading with lavender-purples, it's probably something that rubbed off on me from all of the old pixel games I played. They had BEAUTIFUL color theory in their shadows! I'm glad you like the pose, too, it was so much fun to draw something so swooshy and flowy.

Thank you! And yeah, it's such a hassle not to use it, but I really envy the clean digital paintings of other artists XD Sometimes all of my work seems so rough... but I guess I have lots of time to build off of my strengths and compensate for my weaknesses, as long as I keep trying! :3

I think this is absolutely gorgeous! I adore how soft the picture is, the colors of it. <3
One of my favorite things is the visible hindpaw, his/her foot. The details of the joints and tendons is wonderful <3
The only thing that feels a little off is his/her back in between the hips. For some reason it makes it seem as if the hip joints are set too far up.
You really did a great job though! Overall, it's beautiful!

I think you're right! The shadows there don't quite convey the form correctly, it does look a little off. I'll make sure to study more about hip structure for next time.

asdfdgkblblb X3 X3 X3 aww shucks thank you thank you <333 I just REALLY wanted to paint her, I love fluff and flowy and white and brown and lavender and I was all "yesssss" once the image came into my head. :3 I'll keep trying to improve, but completing this meant a lot to me for different reasons, so I'm so glad you guys all like it too!
