What do you mean by refs though? It isn't a ref sheet (nor my character), were you wanting to use it as a ref or something? Just curious as to which meaning of the word you were going for. xDΒ

What an awesome design! I really love how you incorporated the extra limbs. The colors are just gorgeous as well. I am so jealous of your clean lineart right now. I have to draw with a giant brush so I don't lose it on the screen. *sigh*

Thank you so much! I just make a rough sketch first that's all messy, then lower that layer's opacity and trace over that and tidy it up and fix any anatomical issues that I can. ;u;

In my commissions journal, I have this as a guideline for design commissions:
Custom Designs: Simple- $5-10/Average- $10-15/ Detailed- $15-20
-Simple: Mostly natural look, includes horns/spikes/longer fur
-Average: Can add wings, more markings, accessories, etc
-Detailed: Lots of markings, scales, more unique body alterations
It kinda depends on what you'd want, but usually design commissions won't go over $20 for now.

Right now I've only been taking real money, since I'm in much more of a need of it, and I only take points when I'm bored or need them. It's hard charging points sometimes because it gets so confusing, and the prices seem more expensive to buyers. I also read that dA takes a 20 point profit off of every 80 points you make too, so in order to make the same amount as real money, we would need to charge 100 points per dollar. Also it can take up to 14 days for the money to go to paypal when you cash it out... But if you're willing to spend that many points, I suppose I could do it for premium content.Β
Otherwise I just think real money is faster and easier.Β
