Look who's back, and with a major re-design! It's Hallow, one of my oldest characters~

I put the most vital information I could think of in the picture, but I have a bunch of ideas I'm going to type below, including anatomy tips, forms, background story, etc..
I'll probably be adding it slowly as I think of it.

Basic info:
Name: Hallow
Gender: N/A, generally referred to as male though (I refer to him as a 'he' for the sake of simplicity, before becoming a spirit he was male). No visible genatalia.
Species: No real species as he is a spirit. Wandering Form is almost a chupacabra-like vampiric creature, Halloween form appears more canine.
Personality: Multiple personalities, differs with forms and circumstances.
- In "Halloween Form", he is usually easy-going, pretty happy-go-lucky. Prankster, loves scaring people, but doesn't like harming people. This was his original personality.
- In "Wandering Form", mostly emotion-less, empty unless interacting with another. Can be much more cruel. Rare, but when enraged, he can go into a 'berserk' mode where he indiscriminately kills anything in sight.

W.F. = Wandering Form
H.F. = Halloween Form

Anatomy tips:
-In W.F. very thin, skeletal. Many bones stick out, and there is little muscle tissue, no fat. Vertebrae near shoulders clearly stick out. Head anatomy is mostly canine, but thinner, has some bat-like qualities, and even looks a bit feline at times. Skin is almost mummified in texture. Colors are very muted. Eye sockets are empty (still has x-shaped scar over eyes in addition to the X-shapes stiches over eyes).
-In H.F. Gains more muscle, and a bit of fat in places. Feet get larger, but still are not big paws. Now covered in fur, which is thick and dense. Body fur is shorter, but neck and tail fur is long. Medium-long fur on torso and thighs. Colors get more vibrant. Strong enough to materialize eyes that can see, they are the same color as the spirit energy surrounding him.
-In Both: Long ears, curl at tips. Long tail. Downwards sloping back. Mainly canine skeletal structure (but NOT wolf). Slightly longer front legs (legs long and thin) Wings have 4 digits, one 'thumb' and 3 'fingers'. Webbing of wings like spiderweb. Both wings and spirit energy can be seen in both forms depending on what he needs. Most teeth are not like a dog's, the top canines (vampire fangs) are long and sharp, smaller sharp fangs replace incisors, but there are only two next to the canines. Bottom canines and incisors are more like a dog's. Rest of the teeth are almost the same in size, all sharp and pointed; similar shape to a crocodile's.

Accompanying Ghosts
Hallow can call forth these ghosts using the spirit energy surrounding him. Since he is blind, he usually keeps 1-3 ghosts surrounding him, as they can 'see' for him. They are souls borrowed from the underworld, and are under contract to him when summoned (they gain the X on their forehead to show the contract). They have individual personalities of their own and usually chatter amongst themselves. When released, they return to the underworld. It is said that the spirits he borrows from the underworld were those he killed/drank the blood of*, so some harbor resentment and try to drive him insane. While under contract, they cannot move more than a certain distance from him, and must stay with him until released.
*He gets nourishment from drinking blood of mortals (animal and human alike) or demons. While doing this, he also absorbs some of their spirit energy, which helps him gain strength and prolongs his life. Because of absorbing their spirit energy, it almost creates a chain between him and the spirits, which is why, after their death, he can summon them from the underworld. Drinking blood/spirit energy does not always kill the one being fed upon, and he usually doesn't take much at a time since he is nearly immortal already.

Wandering Form
This is his main walkaround form as a spirit. It is almost like an empty shell most of the time. When dormant or sleeping, the spirit energy surrounding him usually is not visible, but shows up when he moves. Since he has little muscle, he is very weak physically, but the energy makes him more powerful. Most of the year, he sleeps in caves or in the underworld. Since humans cannot see spirits (except for a few rare ones), he usually cannot be seen when wandering in the human world. They also feel no pain when he drinks their blood, and barely notice it, but it does still affect the body, some people suddenly feel heavy, or depressed from the loss of blood and spirit energy.
-Sightings of him in his wandering form by a few 'rare' humans may have started the rumors of 'chupacabra', which isn't far from the truth, as he does drink blood. They cannot make out his markings or spirit energy surrounding him, and he cannot be photographed, so evidence is scarce and many humans do not believe in such a thing. The superstition started a paranoia among some people, and many people mistake animals with mange or deformities for the infamous 'chupacabra'.

Halloween Form
It is called his Halloween Form since he was reborn as a 'Halloween' spirit on October 31st. He tranforms into this form every Halloween and is at his most lively on this night. Halloween is not the only day he can be in this form though. Other days associated with death, or even cooler nights that he wants to have fun are examples of when he can revert to this form. On Halloween night, he can be seen by anyone or no one, depending on whatever he wishes. It is also a day when he can physically interact with the human world. Because he naturally has more strength and energy in this form, he doesn't require spirit energy surrounding him in order to move, nor the ghosts to help him see. However, he can still summon both, usually if he needs more strength for something, or a few extra eyes.

Other Info:
-Hates the heat and sun (sun burns him and he's never stayed in the sun long enough to see what would happen). Usually stays in a cool, dark place, and only wanders about at night. When sleeping dormant for long periods of time, he turns to stone to conserve energy.
-He can fly with the help of wings, but it's mostly gliding. Spirit energy helps him gain altitude, so he can float like the stereotypical ghost, as well as walk through things.

Oh my god I accidentally nearly pulled an all nighter writing this, oops. I'll add more information as I think of it later, but I least I got down the main points I wanted to add at the moment.
