This somewhat shocked fellow was a piece from last year that I still quite like. Nothing terribly special, just wanted something to get the ball rolling again in the posting department. It's been a while and I think now is a good time to start sharing again. Hope you like it, and I look forward to hearing your opinions...on anything. Like the sociopolitical ramifications of Mongolian tree sharks. I realize it's a hot button issue, but if you have opinion, despite the controversy, I'm all ears. First, I want to actually see that Mongolian Tree Shark. A real rarity, I'd wager! Once I see it, I'll worry about ramifications, of whatever variety.

Well, it's hypothetical existence is the source of most of the controversy. Conspiracy theorists on both sides of the existential debate have conflated the issue to such a degree that even if a tree shark was to climb down out of the lush canopies of Mongolia and slap a series of aged pensioners, whose social security numbers, when combined would reveal irrefutable mathematical proof of the life on Neptune, nobody would actually believe it. Not even the people who saw it happen would believe it, and I know because I would have been there, had it happened, hypothetically.
