That was a animated film I believe. Right before "Gadget and the Gadgetinies" premired I think.

I know that one was animated... but I didn't know Gadget and the Gagetinies was. Infact, I had neve rheard of that one until now.

"Inspector Gadget's Last Case" was the name of the movie, afterward DIC animation released a new half-hour show giving Gadget a couple of robot sidekicks.

Wow, where was I when the show happened...I don't ever remember seeing or hearing about it. I feel like a terrible Gadget fan now.

Not to long. I even think that The Gadgeteenies their own show.
Do you remember Gadget Kid? Another short-lived "kid version" of Gadget.
I haven't seen any of the new shows. Just what I read.
I think there's an informative Wikipedia entry about those shows....?

There seems to be a sudden uprising in "Inspector Gadget" fan art 'round here - first , and now you. Well, it only makes sense, since it was a pretty darn good show.

Great job capturing the overall goofiness of both the character and the show in general.
