Correct. I haven't decided what form it will take; a fan fic, a comic, or if it'll ever get further than concept art, but I'm happy with what I have in mind.

Care to share your thoughts so far? I'm guessing it's all in a lightly outlined stage right now. Characters to be used and basic plot premise? By which incarnate you drew, I'm guessing your thoughts are with revamping the Classic series content? That would be nice to see happen considering to my observation most fan fictions on FF.net are based with the 2015 series ( mostly cloned shipping stories ).

If you go forward with this be it in comic or prose, if it's something you feel you'll be proud about. Feel free to advertise talk about it in the IG Unlimited forum.

I wrote out a virtual peer reviewed article in response to this comment at first, so it's safe to say I have more than just a light outline in mind. Once the idea first came to mind, it filled with details very quickly, and while it's nowhere near ready to share, it's pretty cool. I will tell you that it falls more in line with my love of action comedies, but yes, my main source of inspiration is the classic series and it's stellar concepts. But I think it was giving too much away, so I pasted it to my personal files for later reference.

I'll keep most of these thoughts to myself until I've got something more solid to show off, but one of the main concepts of this AU is that it is an action comedy that mixes slapstick with police procedurals, and it covers Inspector Gadget and Penny's adventures over a course of years, from the day he becomes a cyborg to the rise of MAD and Dr. Claw and beyond. I look forward to committing it to paper.

From that description, you have my attention further. I hope this happens . 

I've seen numerable people claim to have fan projects in the works only for them to never make it beyond concept art. Plus while I do an IG comic myself, I really want to see comic series from others run at the same time. Give the audience choices, different favors to concept stemming from the same source materials .

By the way I was ready to give you a llama badge after I left that first comment on this piece, only to discover I'd given one earlier. ... I'm sure we've talked before I guess but I can't remember when . We clearly travel in similar social circles given you already do an established webcomic.

Kind of you. It's possible, I have been here a very long time, and my works still attract attention daily. A lot of people have come through here.
