Description
This short film is about the two concepts in its name, Inspiration and Creation.The film follows an idea a dancer has... Through to their own interpretation... And Finally that interpretation taking on its own unique life.

Are you on about the 'balls' of colour at the beginning of the piece?
These and all the particles were created using Trapcode Particular in Adobe After Effects

I love the way the dancer's movements fits so well with the visual efects, I've been working with dancers since like... 4 years? Anyways... I love it, if I could do that they would be really pleased

I did media productions, so only stayed in one building.
I did my under graduate at DMU... Equally as mixed in goods and bads...

I was doing Contemporary Lens Media. We were in one building too, the one that used to be co-op
I'm at Sheffield now, doing Film and Visual Effects. Much better course and uni for me. Still, not perfect...

I didn't find either of my courses perfect TBH.
Lots of areas to improve on. But they both excelled in the areas I needed them to.
DMU for VFX and technology.
Lincoln for production.
I didn't know it used to be the Co-Op but that must have been the MHT building like me as I knew of a few people doing the MA of it

I love this. The art, the mood, the way it conveys the message, the music. It's such a twist on moving art that I usually see. Good job. Hope to see more of this style in the future.

I love the subtitle! It completely changed the focus and meaning of the entire short at the very last minute and forced me to think about what it now means. Beautiful movie also!

I really really like the first part and it was the most tricky thing to do.
I think ending there, although it would change the whole concept, would have been ace.
