WarriorsRewritten is a project between AnnMY , tori-oislove and myself that aims to fill plot holes, fix inconsistencies, and apply proper feline genetics to the random sparklecats of the Warriors universe.

One thing the Warriors series is seriously lacking is camaraderie, something that AnnMY has eloquently expanded on in her deviation, annmy.deviantart.com/art/Hi-Bo… ; I feel no need repeating what's already been said~.

But one notable change made in our rendition, because of our expansion of relationships, is the friendship between Tigerclaw and Whitestorm. I don't want to spoil too much about our version of Tigerclaw, or his relationship with Whitestorm, since it will all inevitably be touched upon in our rewrites... but Tigerclaw is not the incredibly obvious super bad villain with no redeeming qualities. Still not the most gentle and kind-hearted tom in the Clan, but... more relatable... all of his murdering aside, lol.

A quick explanation of the image without giving too much away;
This is a couple moons after Darkpaw's father, Tawnyspots, dies of illness in absolute agony. Following his passing, Whitestorm and Willowpelt become close. Of course, he also takes interest in Willowpelt's son, trying to support the young tom as well, since he's just lost his father as much as Willowpelt had lost her former mate. Darkpaw is not as responsive as Whitestorm would have hoped, and he confesses to Tigerclaw that he thinks he's a good match as a mentor, because he's the sturdy kind of tom who can help encourage Darkpaw and shake him of his insecurities.
