Inspired by the "Journey" video game, and my love of letters. The quote is from Beowulf, and appears in the song during the credits, “C'est pour cela que je suis née” by Austin Wintory.Approximately 21x15", pigment and 23K gold leaf on BFK Rives paper.

Thank you! The script is in fact Insular Minuscule, which is a few scripts' descendant of Uncial, and somewhat of a precursor to Carolingian.
