SPOILERS...!What kind of shipper will I be if I let a kiss sink my ship? Not a very good one XD
I actually used coloring pencils and *gasp* ink, hence the many errors. I drew this right after the Avatar panel.
There is a story behind this, what do you think it is, guys? =3

After he whisked on that big cloak from the trailer and snuck out of the palace grounds in order to avoid Azula's watch, he followed the mysterious traeling group and came upon the girl he had shared a tender moment with in the crystal cave. XD Errr... he subdued Mai by being... sensual... I guess.... anyway then it was all like
Zuko: KATARA IT IS YOOOOU.
Katara: OMFG YOU SUCK.
Aang: -jumps in between them- LYK, TOUCH MY WATERY FRIEND AND YOU DIIIIE.
Zuko: OMFG YOU STOLE THE HAIR I TREW IN THE RIVER AND PUT IT ON YOUR HEAD DX
Aang: STFU AND GO AWAY
Katara: YOU IS SCUM.
Zuko: -passionately kisses-

This is really beautiful. The way you colored it really makes it stand out, and the way she's lifting his hood up really sends tingles down your spine.
Plus, it really helped me through a bad time. (The first season 3 trailer which must not be named!)

I absolutely love the shading over here, especially the fact that its monocolor red for S3 ... I could never even come close to this effect with color pencils. The title seems to give an impact too. I love it!!

I'm loving the expressions on their faces, it's really touching. I remember when I first saw this after the ComicCon trailer of the Maiko kiss came out, and how much better it made me feel just looking at it, so thanks for that also

Ah, pretty colored pencil colors. I wish my colored pencils came out like this. Now I must go off and sulk...
My sister agrees with you Irrel. She is standing here and nodding, ranting about how Maiko will not bring her down, and how the Creators always make the things look like something they're not, so Zutara will prevail!

Pretty, you did a great job with the colored pencils.
I saw the preview too. . . maybe its just the stubborn Zutarian in me but I still have hope. I figure why would the creators give something like Zuko's cannon ship away with the first trailor? I think Mai is going to be a part of everything in his royal life that should feel great but doesn't, because he knows that he made a bad decision and that this is all wrong.
I'm assuming before Azula has the chance to betray him or runs out of uses for him, he realizes how dumb he's acting, hoods himself, takes his broad swords and leaves.
By him choosing to walk away instead of being forced says more for him as far as character, I think thats how they'll redeem him.

I haven't seen this preview everyone is talking about but I've always felt torn between maiko and zutara. and I decided the only solutions are either zuko clones or long lost identical twins.
