Oh my GOD yes Ruby was SO much better as a blonde; the brunette was just plain annoying to even look at. And Castiel is fuckin awesome/adorable, though it does creep me out when the fans want him and Dean to make with the buttsex. No thanks.

And I am absolutely certain. Nothing was explicitly stated, but let me hit the high points. The main characters head up to a mountain lodge. They are hunting a Wendigo. The main character, female, is a mechanic and has a permanent hardon for beautifully restored classic cars, and so of course takes instant note of the black 67 Chevy Impala with the Kansas license plate they end up parking next to (this is where I snickered to myself in fangirl ways about how awesome such a crossover would be). One murder outside the lodge later, Our Heroes travel out to the scene of the crime (main chick is a cop and a shaman, by the by) to find three FBI agents already on scene. One woman, two men. One of the men is described as very tall, the other as really cute. Main character has a brief conversation with The Cute One in which his dialogue and flirtation is more than slightly suspiciously familiar, and when Cute One realizes Main Chick knows the bump-in-the-night shit going down here and is also an official law enforcement type, he makes a rueful comment about the hot ones always being cops or somesuch, gestures to the Tall One, and they beat it quicklike. Female FBI agent wanders over and wonders what happened to the other guys, and it becomes clear they didn't arrive together, she had no idea who they were, they were there when she got there and she just assumed the bureau had sent backup she could order around. However, neither Tall One nor Cute One appear in the story after their hasty retreat.

So let's see. Do you think that was the Winchesters?

Meh, I just personally cannot see them in that light, at all, except in the joking, lampoon-like way the show itself likes to mock. I guess I'm just so character-loyal I can't imagine them going and changing their sexuality in a way that the established characterization wasn't likely to allow. I mean, I do see why other people see it. They're so damn codependent it's ridiculous. I just can't, me.

Well, Dean has clearly been bi-curious at some point in his life. I mean, I definitely see him as pretty damn straight, but he experimented. Sam... not so much hahaha. And Castiel is just like... love? Eh? Feelings?

Jerk-Bitch is amazing. And their super codependent-ness is very cute, even if looked at from just a brotherly light. I love it, no matter how their relationship plays out.

Psh, Gus was fine, but Shawn was just... obnoxious. It was cute and funny for a while, and now it's just out of hand. Like how they take that annoying trait of a character which works towards his benefit when juxtaposed against everything else, and then they get rid of the everything else because they seem to think the annoying trait should now be the biggest defining trait. Tried watching a recent episode to see if I could get back into the show and wanted to punch Shawn too many times in the first ten minutes to really continue.

Hmm. To me, it always seemed the whole Gaang was pretty much equally focused on. And if it seemed like Katara slipped more into the spotlight at times than others, it was mostly because her character was often used a storyline vehicle, and she was, of course, the intended love interest of Aang from the initial concept.

Hmm. We may have to simply agree to a difference of philosophy on this one, I might think.

That's not quite true, Zuko was initially supposed to be Katara's love interest, but then they changed it. And Katara's character always just rubbed me the wrong way from the start so.
