So here it is, my official ref of Noice Lightblood C: I HOPE this outfit is 'kay-- it'll probably change a lot through my years of giving him creator's love ewe
Anywhoo I'D LIKE TO GIVE A BIG THANKS TO ~Xilent-Knights FOR HELPING ME OUT MAJORLY WITH CHARACTER DESIGN-- I really loved the sketches she made me and it was tons of help for making the character's outfit way more interesting C: so thanks so so much!

Now I think it's time y'all knew a bit about Noice. It's not much that I can write for now, but I think I have enough information that can be disclosed without worrying about someone totally stealing his character <3 I love Noice, for one, but he is a very very misguided child. It all starts in his genetics, in fact. 10,000 years from now, pretty much everyone has a varying shade of tan skin, dark hair, and ALL have brown eyes; except nobility. Noice, being heir to the throne of the world (secretly it's a tyranny, but the public doesn't know that), has very fair skin and hair and green eyes. This is because about 2000 years from our future, when magic was brought back from Atria, several white families created a monopoly on the market that eventually escalated to a monopoly on the world. Although they believe it a democracy, with a figurehead that sits with several branches of government similar to those that we have today. Now, these rich people (the organization is called RED) made it illegal for anyone but themselves to have such traits as them; because of this they have been breeding with eachother for a very long time, and have even inbred a few times. This, of course, leads to imperfect genes and horrific qualities in children. Noice happens to have a slight mental defect in which his dopamine levels are near nonexistent, and it is hard, but not impossible, for him to feel love or happiness. This doesn't affect the rest of his functions, though. Noice happens to be pretty smart, and excels at all his learning. But his mental defect starts to become a handicap when his brother has an accident and dies (Noice believes it is at his hand, and this is true in a way. Noice killed his own brother at the age of 6). Noice becomes shut out from anything, considering his older brother was the only person in the world that he had ever looked up to (haha not telling you his brother's name that's a special secret for me to know only for now). Constantly, Noice's mind is clouded with increasingly bad nightmares of his brother's death-- and he is shut out from society (I mean he already was BUT MORE THAN BEFORE). That's pretty much a background story on Noice I can't be bothered to tell you guys anything else because then we get into plot <3 Hope you enjoyed

By far, I'd say Noice is my most thought-out and favorite character ever. I just love him to death, jeez. I'm pretty much done figuring out his character and emotions. He's a pretty conflicted guy, but the story isn't sad.
