I did a revamp of one of my beloved characters Archne! He was originally used to help me get over my fear of spiders (he was very creepy when I first made him!!!! >.< not anymore), but now he serves as a headstrong protagonist in Project Anema!! He pretty much hates Noice's guts >: LOL for reasons don't ask whyyyyOLDER PICTURES:

the colors you used really makes that green eye stand out nicely

In his new character, his main focus is to just see the sun in Project Anema C:> I uhm, yeah, he's not a sweetie still he's pretty mean and tough but he's not evil or anything. He thinks what he's doing is right kinda thing.

haha. and i've done that before. you wanna hear what keeps me up, here ya go. i don't care if you call me crazy or don't believe this, but i'm spiritually aware and can sometimes hear voices. no they're not in my head XD. but about a month ago, i was in bed when i heard someone calling. i though it was someone outside the window so it freaked me out a bit. but when gramps went to check it out, not only was there no one there, but i heard a child laughing right next to where i was laying. then later my twin sister got up to look at what time it was, and she heard a little kid say, "hi there!" she just said hi right back then told him night and went back to sleep XD. but yea, the though of spiders my keep you up, but i've got spirits always trying to pester me when i'm trying to sleep lol.
again, i hope this doesn't make me sound crazy. a lot of people don't believe me and that's ok, but i've had too many experiences not to believe in things like that.
oh and your character sounds cool. it does sound like he's changed a bit, but who doesn't change their character's personality sometimes. sometimes you find what your character is really like a while after you've created them.
lol nightmare before christmas is one of the best movies ever! i've seen a really good amv with that song using the anime Soul Eater. [link] it's actually the amv that got us into the anime

yea. i even bought the first blue ray 3 disc set, which has the first 26 episodes, for my sister. now we both watch it when we can.

well i guess it was a bit off topic, but kind of not cuz you said what kept you up the other night and i told you what kept me up lol.
haha it's ok. i have characters that change too. one of my characters i created about 6 years ago had short brown hair but now has longish silver hair XD. and his personality changed too... i didn't know how to explain the change, so I just came up with the story that his body was possessed by a demon, which also changed the way he looked. but after he was set free from the demon's grasp, he never went back to the way he was haha

Yeah I constantly switch up all of my characters to either make more sense or fit my tastes :3 some of them have like crazy back stories or something, and I'm like noooooo not anymore that's stupid xD
