Description Hey what'da know? I finished that picture! Uhm it's alright, I like the hair but it doesn't do justice to A N Y T H I N G
but it's nice, I mean it has some cool effects and stuff
I'dve liked it to be more elaborate, yeah? But unfortunately I don't posses the skill to do so.
I used the Acrylic brush in SAI a lot for a change-- so if you're wondering what that is. I used the watercolor brush to soften the lines but not to completely smudge them in.
Photoshop for effects.

Eventually, if you work, you can do it I just painted on the very light base color with the pen tool and put a layer over it, then used a giant airbrush to make shades, then a new layer and I just used the Acrylic brush in paint tool SAI, and then the water brush to soften some of the edges to give it a hair-look. I also made random strands fly everywhere. It's really not that hard as long as you experiment XD

I like it :3 If you want to make it more elaborate try doing more doodles. Sounds obscure but if you draw at least 15 minutes everyday, you'll develop your figure and flow to drawing. I dunno. That's just what I've been doing but my art isn't that elaborate... lat of any color OTL
but you have a great way of coloring I really like the hair. But maybe you'd like to expand that awesomeness to the rest of him. Like shade in his clothes and skin with the same fun shading and highlights. It'll add interest with the rest of the picture.
That's just my view though

haha, well you gotta practice. You already have some good experience with coloring digitally. Just try to transfer that into the skin and other details XP
