angle bunny got turned into a statue by a cockatrice but that beast died so there was no way to turn back angle so he is dead or alive but in statue form

Yes, she did, but now she is better. Fluttershy is coping with the psychological damage of all she witnessed, and it reading the story of how Equestria was saved. So yeah, by virtue of being alive and more or less well, I still stand firmly that Fluttershy got the best ending of the Mane Six.

Yes, that's the point of the "killing joke" variant of poison joke, which corrupts something you've said or done to turn it around to harm you. In this case, Fluttershy's comment about "I'd like to be a tree.". It's damn scary when you think about it; a mobile plant that thrives not on sunlight and water, but off of the suffering of other living things..
