Description
Well now, this was made for the January BCBS challenge over at MOCpages. The challenge this month, was "Theme Switch". Basically build a MOC out of Bionicles inspired by another Lego theme. The theme I went with was naturally Classic Space. I had originally planned on giving this guy a helmet too, but I botched that idea halfway through building the head.
I wanted this guy to have an almost comical appearance to him, so yes the proportions are off and the feet are tiny. On the plus side, I think I got what I was going for, so I'm happy with it.
The detail on the chest was where I started with this, and it was quite the bugger to figure out, not going to lie. After the chest and torso, I know that everything else if fairly simplistic, but like I said, I was happy with how it came out.
The drill was an after thought. No idea why I kept it, but whatever. I may or may not come up with a story for him later, (Probably not. He's already been totaled and turned into two other things, which have also been destroyed...).
