She's the blood doctor from 1998's Blade. The movie hasn't aged well in a lot of respects (Huuhuu, those CG monsters) but there's a lot of good things about it!
One of the most weirdly cool things about the movie is that Karen here isn't a love interest to the hero, Blade at all. Mostly she's seeking a cure to vaprism and fighting monsters throughout the movie.
