Did they have an air hole? And would you unscrew the top to put food in?

The bulb was broken at the top allowing plenty enough oxygen and the ability to feed easily

Are these goldfish still alive? This would kill them. They have no access to the essential space and conditions they need.

Actually they lived for about 3 months, I used the goldfish drops because Indiana water isn't good for fish and they died when I went for a week to see me uncle who died. This was pretty cool and I'm thinking next to make a little like garden inside.

Lol nice... well it was an old lamp bulb from theater back when I was in high school. I took the time to completely shell it and had the amazing idea to put goldfish in it because i was at Wal-Mart and they were a whole 25 cents lol
