Wow, looks almost like something I saw in an obscure indie game: Alida, which has a guitar this size on an Australian island, except it's the real thing, and it works, right down to the switch, strings, peghead and potentiometers!

you can put tons of steps with note blocks near them, and have tons of players step on and off notes at certain times to play a song. Course that's only if this is on a multi-player server
