The K-Wing, yet another ship I wanted to see more off. More specialized than most New Republic ships, these things carried a ridiculous amount of firepower for something their size.Β

EU = Way over designed bomber. Tons of different bits and pieces tossed onto it.
Disney Wars = Far too under designed bomber. Flying rectangle with wings and a few gun turrets stuck on.

I wish they'd used these instead of those fugly "starfortress" bombers in TLJ. It wouldn't have saved the movie but at least the Resistance would've had a bomber that wasn't plain fugly.

Heh.Β I don't know...Β The shape of this thing strikes me as very ugly duckling itself as well.Β It's better with the texture but I can't say that I'm actually a huge fan of the design myself.Β This fighter in particular seems to have a real split in the fan base concerning its looks.

At least the K-Wing had a better track record for actually getting the job done compared to the Starfortress.
