well when you add the lanyard to your cart and proceed with the payment process you can select to pay with point, paypal or credit card. after that it asks for your shipping address and finally takes you to the page where it gives you your total, mine were in points (lanyard 400 which i had, shipping 148 which i don't have T_T). I hope that helps and that you do buy the lanyard! I am so close, only need 90 more points!
