Your play with lighting here is wonderful.It gives the image a grainy silent hill-esque horror film feel. As odd as this might sound, this image looks to me like it should smell of earth and blood. Very nicely done.

The detail of this is excellent. The fur looks very realistic. The emphasis on shadows, combined with the grain and monochrome palette works brilliantly too. It really gives it the sinister approach you were aiming for.

Thank you. This one was done in 3ds Max too, but I threw it in Photopaint and gave it a sketchpad texture for a bit of a sinister "atmosphere". This image is best viewed listening to Cryptorchid by Marilyn Manson. Too bad you can't integrate music with image posts.

Ahhhh, I'd never seen the video, but I decided to look it up too after you said that, very cool, very fitting. And that's not a bad idea, I think I'll do that for the ones that have a good song reference, unless of course I change the lyrics which I often do.
