Well I guess freedom means communism, I have an idea for a new government, this country is on the brink of falling apart, it wil combine an anicent Roman Republic, education, banks, for example are state controlled, if you want to hear more, then contact me.

hmm...I could be totally wrong, but I'd say...
1. the broken handcuffs, and the standing above the broken statue represents freedom from oppression.
2. The firearm to me seems similar in design to ak's so it could also represent freedom.(it does in some cultural contexts.)
3. The sun shining down is some kind of sign that this is the way things are supposed to be, or perhaps it represents a figurative dark cloud being taken off the people.
4, the symbol on the chest plate could be a take on the hammer and sickle. Here being a pick axe, and wrench, but otherwise representing the workers in the same manner.
5. The arrows jutting out on the flag, and helmet represent the spreading of their ideals on a larger scale.
Once again I could be totally wrong but that's what I took from it.

You got two right, but you found a good number of things that can be symbolic. Good job!
