It's also eaten as salad (green leaves); Italians call it radicchio .

It was in a past journal that got delete by mistake. I am so sorry, you missed it. I made a jounral, containing your feature, on top of it. I never delete my past journal so people who do not log often can get to see them. But I made a really bad error and lost this one. So sorry.
