When I called her over to design the objects on Klink's desk, she "customized" the picture then. It would've been during the sketching stage that she did this, but after I'd finished colouring it, she demanded that I submit this "version"

I'd say that's the most likely explanation for this. At this point maybe we'd be more surprised if she left your pictures alone?
Golly, that seems like a while to keep Bijoux's modifications on the picture. I don't think I'd have been able to do that if I was you; my files get way too big to keep anything really unnecessary around in them. Then again, I'm high inefficient at photoshopping...
I think you probably should have seen that coming. Still, it's amusing to see what Bijoux can do to pictures.
