I thought he should have a deviously watchful smirk on his face, just to add to the atmosphere During later season openings, there's footage of him cracking the safe open, and he pulls such an amusing triumphant expression when it's open. I think I was remembering that when I drew this

Who knows, but I bet it'll be something good And you're most definitely right! Klink should be more careful! Anyone could just waltze right in there.

Ooh, yes, that's exactly it! You got the smirk dead right, and I love so much the shiny safe It's fun to imagine what he'll find in it. Was he sent by Hogan to retrieve something or have a look at something in particular? Or is he doing this on general principles, because every so often you've got to practice your art? Great drawing anyway

Hmmm, now they are some good questions lol. I get the impression Newkirk's acting alone on this venture. The opportunity to do some pilfering was too great to ignore, plus, like you say, he needs the practice every so often I can only imagine Hogan's half-hearted scolding when he finds out
