Headpiece re-work.

All the work on the front that is slightly yellowed, the black fabric background and the top jewels are from the original piece. I mostly worked on the back and completely re-beaded the sides of the head piece as well as re did the chin droopy bead things. I should have taken a before and after because it is truly dramatic, but this piece shines so much that my camera had a hard time focusing on it. You'll see a little black braid in some of the pictures and that is a hair piece that will come out of the top of this crown of jewels. It's a black braid wrapped in sequence roses and bound with hair nets to keep it looking fresh.

It's for an upcoming show at NKU called "The colored museum"

Took me about 9 hours to take it apart and put it back together.

Hopefully I'll have more pictures to show.
