I'm not even being ironic when I say Big is one of my favourite characters. When all the other Sonic characters are cool and edgy and kind of punk-ish, this guy is just happy to live a quiet life in the sticks. I even liked the change of pace his fishing games offered!
And I love the way you draw him, that shaggy muzzle hair really gives off the 'hick' vibe you mentioned!

I hated his stages the most in Adventure, but I just found him so dang likeable...

Thanks, and I agree, he's definitely a big lovable oaf. I honestly found Amy's stages the most annoying, though. Not all of them, just the ones where that annoying robot you can't kill is in your ass no matter where you go, which was most of her stages.

Well, that would be ALL of her stages!
Though, I did actually love the design for Zero( the robot that chases Amy). But I also wasn't too fond of Amy's stages either, but I liked her's better than Knuckles' "Gem Hunt" stages(not to offend if you liked them).

It's cool. I thought Knuckles' stages actually worked the best with the 3D wide open style out of any of the stages, but they could have been longer have had a bit more traps or enemies in them. Amy had a few areas where Zero didn't barge in, but they were brief areas within levels, o, yeah, every level had that guy on top of you the whole time.

Yeah, wish he appear again in Sonic game, but hey, at least he finally appear (along with Cream and Vanilla) in the comic book series as part of the freedom figthers.
