And now I'm going to be lame and talk about my own characters for a sec: I love these two so much 💕 When I started this doodle, I wasn't expecting to capture this much expressive detail. But jeez, it's all here!

Their size difference, the way he has to lean down to be closer to Kala and how he instinctively makes a protective shape around her. Kala's wonder and how despite always being analytical about her surroundings she's still so open to them, her curiosity and kindness helping her to see things both as they truly are and as they could be. And Treta's gaze! Overflowing with tender love and admiration. You can tell that he often marvels at how fortunate he was to find her and how he'll always stay beside her now and never let her go.

IDK, maybe I should be more humble. But these characters fill my heart with love and sometimes that affection overflows 😊🥰
