I liked how even in-game Shepard was wondering how she came back and if she was a clone, robot, or a zombie.
Technically she's a bit of a cyborg, although TIM and Miranda claim she's still pretty much human.

It'd be a great practical joke to pull on the crew though. Just go around moaning "brains!" until they get fed up with Shepard and kick her off the ship.
