Description I made this journal almost a year ago but I'm so lazy when it comes to upload my books here. But now you'll get to see it.
I used the techinc long stitch whish I find makes beautiful but still very practical books. This perticular book is made in green leather and has white unlined papers sewn directly onto the spine. On the front there is some decorative stitches whish goes over into a plated string to hold the book togeather.

You can buy this and other handmade books by me in my etsy shop Green Dragon Books

That's a really lovely shade of green - it gives the book a very natural feel. I like how the covers fold over each other too!

Well... in a way I guess. But I thought of it as elf-like and never really saw the leaf though it's quite obvious now.
