Love it! You pulled off the burning barrel idea really well, they fit naturally on it and have a plant-bulb look that fits in perfectly with the grass typing, too.

It's like if a Charizard and Sceptile mated. My favorite feature is its flame hair cupped by the leaf headdress. It becomes a torch, which is the first thing I always think of when Grass/Fire comes to mind.
I think Grass/Fire is my favorite unused type combination. There's something just so obvious and likable about it. For one: when thinking about it, there are several things that always come to mind (that I think a lot of people tap into), but it furthermore yields a lot of room for creativity. Grass and Fire are also more classical elements than Psychic and Electricity for instance, so when thinking of a possible Psychic/Electric PokΓ©mon, the imagination can run too wild (though the first thing I think of is some kind of alien technology-enhanced Mewtwo).
I think the arm and tail bulbs could use a lot of work though. Currently they appear as armor, when I think it'd work to your benefit to portray them as parts of the creature's body. Maybe the hands are too small, and instead of the arm bulbs tapering into small wrists, they grow into larger hands with claws capable of becoming superheated. I guess just overall, this PokΓ©mon has too much information, but not too many concepts. I think it can be simplified. Look at Charizard for instance. A super simple design really. Orange fire dragon. Things that make Charizard memorable: its two short horns, its large belly and small arms (kinda like a T. Rex), and a flame-tipped tail. Monibomb has a dorsal fin on its back, but it's hardly noticeable, let alone does it seem to serve much a purpose other than being a tacked on feature to complicate the design. Charizard has zero features on its back besides the wings, keeping the design sleek and simple. I can see a little Magmar in this design as well, namely the feet and tail separation/coloring, but also in how it appears to be wearing armor.
Ultimately this is your design and you can do what you want, but I do think it can be improved by converging and naturalizing the creature more. It reminds me of the tribal stage in Spore where you dress your species up with primitive gear.
